This is enough to answer where parts are meant to come from at a system level: use the in-game web route the game provides.

The official materials reviewed for this version do not give an indexed catalog, exact vendor list, inventory rotation, prices, or an item-by-item source table.
If you need a specific component, record the device and part name exactly as the game shows it before looking for an update or reporting a possible availability issue. This site will not invent an item location.
