The confirmed answer
The official description says the way you interact with customers can change their lives and that choices impact the branching storyline. Its feature list explicitly calls the story replayable and names multiple endings.
That is enough to know choices matter. It is not enough to responsibly label individual choices as good, bad, required, or optimal.
A spoiler-light approach
If you want to preserve your first story, make choices from the customer context instead of following an unverified route chart. The published premise is that customer interactions have consequences.
If you want a completion guide later, it should be tied to a game version and cite reproducible in-game evidence. That material is not in this launch batch.

Community route notes (E3 / not independently verified)
A Steam Community achievement guide updated on August 19, 2026 reports two named final outcomes and several character-linked routes. It is useful as a lead for a backed-up save, not as an official decision tree.
The guide labels the second main outcome “Rock of the Ages!”, while Steam's public achievement list uses “Rock for the ages!”. That naming difference is retained as a conflict instead of being silently normalized.
- 01Final choice leads: the guide reports a development / shopping-center outcome for Globalization and a concert-saving outcome for the other named ending.
- 02Character-route leads: it reports dialogue and invitation conditions for Haruhi, Kaito, and Baketsu; exact prerequisites and route exclusivity remain pending.
- 03Safe test: make a separate save before a reported route choice and follow the wording shown in the current build.
